Overview

The Thane Project is a 100%-owned, 20,658-hectare copper-gold property located in the Toodoggone District of British Columbia, an area known for hosting significant porphyry Cu-Au deposits. The project encompasses a 14 km x 6 km alteration and mineralization footprint, which hosts multiple copper-gold-molybdenum targets across ten distinct mineralized zones.

While only 12 short drill holes have been completed to date, historical work has identified strong geochemical anomalies, extensive hydrothermal alteration, and multiple large-scale targets that remain largely untested. High-resolution geophysical surveys and modern geochemical analyses suggest that Thane may contain a buried porphyry system, making it a top exploration priority.

Geophysical Surveys & Anomalies
  • A regional geochemical study by Geoscience BC identified Thane as one of the strongest porphyry-related anomalies in BC.
  • 14,863 stream sediment samples reanalyzed using modern ICP-MS methods.
  • High-resolution magnetics highlight deep-seated intrusive bodies consistent with porphyry systems.
  • Extensive hydrothermal alteration footprints, reinforcing its potential as a major Cu-Au deposit.

Geology & Mineralization

The Thane property covers a highly prospective mineralized corridor, with multiple discrete target areas displaying strong copper-gold-molybdenum signatures. The presence of extensive hydrothermal alteration, coupled with anomalous geochemical indicators, suggests a multi-phase porphyry system similar to major deposits in the region.

Key geological observations:

  • Ten distinct mineralized targets spanning a 14 km x 6 km footprint.
  • Porphyry Cu-Au signatures, with strong alteration halos and multi-phase mineralization.
  • Geophysical surveys suggest deep-seated porphyry intrusions beneath surface anomalies.
  • Historical work has focused on only one area, leaving much of the property underexplored.

Exploration & Target Areas

Copper Quest is applying a district-scale exploration approach to systematically test multiple high-priority zones within the Thane property.

Key Targets Include:
  • Cirque Zone
Strong Cu-Au-Mo geochemical anomalies with limited prior drilling.
  • Gail Zone
Features broad alteration and mineralization, requiring follow-up work.
  • Fairway Zone
Defined by high copper-in-soil anomalies, indicating a strong mineralized system.
  • Aten Zone
A large alteration corridor consistent with porphyry systems.
  • Bananas Zone
High-priority zone with structurally controlled Cu-Au mineralization.

Geochemical & Rock Sample Results

Historical geochemical surveys and rock sampling programs (2013–2020) have confirmed significant Cu-Au mineralization, including:

Gold in Rock Samples
  • Up to 12.8 g/t Au in select samples.
  • Broad zones containing 0.42 to 2.13 g/t Au.

Copper in Rock Samples

  • High-grade values reaching 9,970 ppm Cu.
  • Multiple anomalies exceeding 3,000 ppm Cu, confirming a large mineralized footprint.

Exploration Strategy & Next Steps

Copper Quest is advancing Thane with a phased exploration approach, focusing on:

  • High-resolution airborne geophysical surveys to refine drill targets.
  • Expanded rock & soil sampling programs to enhance geochemical datasets.
  • Drill testing of key zones, particularly Cirque, Fairway, and Bananas Zones.
  • Data integration & geochemical modeling to improve exploration efficiency.

Project Overview

The Rip Project is a 4,770.65-hectare porphyry copper-molybdenum exploration property located 60 km south of Houston, BC, with excellent road access via Highway 16 and logging roads. Positioned in a prolific mineral belt, the project lies near past-producing mines, including Equity Silver (Newmont) and Huckleberry (Imperial Metals), as well as major new developments like Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Gold Mine.

The project has been historically underexplored, with early surveys by Kennco (1975–1981) identifying a large chargeability anomaly and early drilling intersecting QSP alteration and anomalous Cu-Mo values. However, a 2024 airborne magnetic survey and 3D-IP geophysical survey provided new insights, revealing that Rip contains two distinct porphyry systems, confirming its potential as a significant mineralized zone.

Geography & Exploration

Rip is located within the western Stikine Terrane, a region known for its large porphyry Cu-Mo and epithermal Au-Ag deposits. The 2024 geophysical surveys identified two separate porphyry centers, each marked by high-chargeability halos consistent with sulfide-rich mineralization.
A comparison of Rip’s anomaly footprint with other well-drilled porphyry deposits in the region suggests that Rip has the potential to host a large-scale copper-molybdenum system, requiring further drill testing.

Exploration & Key Targets

Two Adjacent Porphyry Systems

  • The North Target is a 600m-wide, vertically continuous mineralized zone defined by:
    • Strong chargeability anomalies forming a classic pyrite halo
    • Low-grade Cu-Mo+Au+Ag mineralization throughout multiple intrusive phases
    • Partially tested in 2024, but remains open to depth and laterally
  • The South Target has a much larger magnetic core and remains untested

2024 Drill Program & Results

The 2024 drill program tested the North Target with two holes (RP24-001 & RP24-002) from a single drill pad. Results confirmed that mineralization starts at surface and extends to depth, with multiple intrusive phases, quartz-sulfide stockwork, and veining.
Key Drill Results
  • RP24-001 intersected:
    • 126.6m of 0.095% CuEq* (including 24.6m of 0.247% CuEq)
    • 68m of 0.102% CuEq at depth
  • RP24-002 intersected:
    • 147.9m of 0.106% CuEq (including 72.4m of 0.129% CuEq)
  • The southern highly prospective, approximately 1X1 kilometer (“km”), annular geophysical anomaly remains untested by drilling. The northern highly prospective, approximately 1X1 km, annular geophysical anomaly remains largely untested (Figure 1).
Figure 1: RIP Chargeability and Magnetic Survey Results
  • Most 2024 drill assays are anomalous in Cu-Mo with the presence of intense quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration and strongly developed vein sets resembling D veins indicates the presence of a significant porphyry system that has been insufficiently tested.
Although these grades are not yet ore-grade, they demonstrate a large-scale mineralized system, warranting further exploration.

Copper Equivalent (CuEq) Calculation

Copper equivalent (CuEq) values are calculated using:

  • Copper: US$4.00/lb
  • Gold: US$2,500/oz
  • Silver: US$30/oz
  • Molybdenum: US$20/kg
  • Metal recoveries: Cu = 91.2%, Mo = 85.8%, Au = 73.1%, Ag = 70.1%

These assumptions provide a consistent way to compare multi-metal mineralization across different targets.

*Cu equivalents are calculated based on the following US$ price assumptions: copper, US$4 per pound, US$8,818 per tonne; gold, US$2,500 per troy ounce, US$80.38 per gram; silver, US$30 per troy ounce, US$0.96 per gram; and molybdenum, US$20/kg., assuming recovery factors of Cu=91.2%, Mo=85.8%, Au=73.1%, Ag=70.1%.

Earn-In Agreement with ArcWest

Copper Quest and ArcWest have amended the RIP Cu-Mo project option terms, extending the drill-completion deadline while keeping all other key conditions unchanged as the Company advances toward earning its initial 60% interest.

  • Extends the 3,000-meter drilling requirement deadline from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2026
  • No changes to the original C$2.0M staged exploration spend, C$100,000 in cash payments, and annual share issuances through 2027
  • Supports Copper Quest’s planned minimum 2,000-meter Phase 2 drill program to satisfy its initial earn-in terms and secure a 60% project interest

Next Steps & 2025 Exploration Plans

  • Drill permitting for South Target – The larger magnetic anomaly remains untested
  • Step-out drilling at North Target – Expanding on existing mineralization
  • Geophysical refinements – Additional IP & magnetic surveys to define deeper targets
  • Community engagement – Continued collaboration with local stakeholders

Project Overview

The Nekash Copper-Gold Project is a porphyry exploration opportunity located in Lemhi County, Idaho, along the prolific Idaho-Montana porphyry copper belt that hosts several gold and copper deposits including world-class systems such as Butte and CUMO.

The project is fully road-accessible via maintained U.S. highways and forest service roads and currently consists of 70 unpatented federal lode claims covering an area of 585 hectares.

Figure 1. Regional Map of the Nekash Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Idaho, USA
Figure 1. Regional Map of the Nekash Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Idaho, USA

Geography

Historic evaluation by the U.S. Bureau of Mines and more recent work has confirmed the presence of outcropping phyllic alteration, copper-gold quartz veins, stockwork veining, and a stratabound “manto” horizon grading up to 3.8% Cu, 0.9 g/t Au, and 25 g/t Ag, with the sample returning 3.8% Cu having been taken across 6.4 metres.

Rock chip samples from zones of porphyry-style veining have returned assays as high as 6.6% Cu and 0.6 g/t Au, highlighting the robust tenor of mineralization at surface.

Geologically, Nekash is interpreted to represent a large, blind porphyry system intruding Mesoproterozoic sediments of the Dahlonega Creek Formation. Surface mineralization, alteration, and geochemical anomalies point to a buried copper-gold porphyry center at depth, with the overlying “manto” horizon potentially representing a carbonate-replacement style halo.

The project lies along the Trans-Challis shear zone, a regional-scale structure that has acted as a plumbing system for major mineralizing events. Historical placer gold production reported just across the border in Montana suggests a compelling district-scale potential for the Nekash Property.

Exploration Plans

Copper Quest intends to build on the previous exploration work with modern geophysics, geochemistry, and drilling to unlock the full opportunity of this underexplored system.

Project Overview

The Stars Project is a 9,693-hectare, 100%-owned copper exploration property located in the Bulkley Porphyry Belt of British Columbia, Canada. The project is road-accessible and strategically positioned in a prolific mining district near past-producing mines such as Huckleberry (Imperial Metals) and Equity Silver (Newmont). Stars represents a significant copper-molybdenum exploration opportunity with a well-defined porphyry Cu-Mo system, multiple high-priority drill targets, and considerable expansion potential.

Extensive historical exploration, including three drill campaigns, has identified wide copper-mineralized intervals, yet large portions of the property remain underexplored. Notably, the project hosts a 5 km x 2.5 km annular magnetic anomaly, a hallmark feature of porphyry copper systems, with drill-confirmed mineralization at the Tana Zone. Despite highly encouraging results, much of the area remains untested, making Stars a key asset in Copper Quest’s exploration portfolio.

Geography & Exploration

The Stars property features a large monzonite intrusion, widespread phyllic and potassic alteration, and multi-phase veining, all consistent with a productive porphyry environment. Extensive historical drilling has confirmed significant copper-molybdenum mineralization, with entire drill holes showing elevated copper values ranging from 10x to 400x background levels.
Drill campaigns have outlined mineralization within the Central Magnetic Anomaly (CMA), which remains largely untested outside the Tana Zone. Several targets, including potential intrusion contacts, remain open for further exploration. Notably, mineralized zones are hidden beneath glacial cover, requiring drill testing to fully define their extent.
Impressive Drill Results in 2018 Have Never Seen Follow-up Exploration

Tana Zone – A Significant Copper Discovery

The Tana Zone is the most advanced target within the Stars Project, where drilling has identified thick intercepts of porphyry-style mineralization. Notable results include:

  • 0.466% Cu over 195.07m (DD18-004, from 23m depth)
  • 0.200% Cu over 396.67m (DD18-010, from 28.37m depth)
  • 0.255% Cu over 111.87m (CS-07, from 58.51m depth)

These results confirm the presence of a robust copper system, with high-grade Cu-Mo intersections suggesting strong economic potential. However, follow-up drilling is required to test the full extent of the deposit, as the intrusion contact—an important control on mineralization—has only been drilled at one location.

Exploration History

Exploration at the Stars Project dates back to 1998, when Imperial Metals discovered a boulder field with copper-bearing rocks, similar to those found at the nearby Huckleberry Mine. This led to the first drill campaign, which identified widespread copper and molybdenum mineralization in altered intrusive rocks.

Subsequent drill campaigns by Doublestar Resources (2001) and ML Gold Corp. (2017–2018) further refined the understanding of the deposit. However, despite these promising discoveries, Stars remains largely underexplored, with multiple high-priority areas requiring drill testing.

Key Exploration Targets

While the Tana Zone has yielded impressive drill results, multiple additional targets remain untested:
  1. Central Magnetic Anomaly (CMA) – A 5 km x 2.5 km annular magnetic high surrounding a core of low magnetism. This feature is interpreted as a large porphyry Cu-Mo intrusive complex, yet much of it remains unexplored.
  2. Big Dipper Anomaly – A 3.2 km x 2.2 km magnetic high, north of and continuous with the CMA. It may represent a deeper, preserved portion of the same porphyry system, but has never been drill-tested.
  3. Untested Intrusion Contacts – Outside the Tana Zone, contact areas between intrusive phases remain largely untested, presenting significant opportunities for new discoveries.
With over 30 km of potential intrusion contact concealed beneath glacial cover, Copper Quest aims to identify and drill-test these zones in 2025.

Next Steps & 2025 Exploration Plans

Copper Quest is planning an aggressive exploration campaign to advance the Stars Project in 2025. Key objectives include:

  • Drill permitting & core relogging – Re-examining past drill cores to refine geological models and prioritize targets.
  • Reconnaissance of newly staked property – Expanding surface exploration beyond the previously drilled zones.
  • Drilling high-priority targets – Follow-up on high-grade Cu-Mo intercepts at the Tana Zone and drill-test new targets within the CMA.
  • Engagement with Wet’suwet’en First Nation – Strengthening relationships with local communities to support responsible exploration.

With its significant historical results, strong geological potential, and multiple untested targets, the Stars Project represents a high-value copper asset within the Bulkley Porphyry Belt.

  • Permitted Infrastructure authorizations including temporary road construction, overland travel access, and water withdrawal permits.

Project Overview

  • The Auxer Gold Project is located in Bonner County, Idaho, United States, approximately 4 miles northeast of the town of Hope in a direct line. The property sits at an elevation of 1,603 meters (5,259 feet) in the Cabinet Mountain Range, positioned in a glacial cirque on the north side of the ridge near the head of Wellington Creek. The project encompasses 130 unpatented lode claims covering a total area of 2,687 acres, primarily located in Township 57 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian.
  • The project is typically accessed from Highway 200 via 16 miles of maintained USFS gravel roads. Due to storm-related bridge damage in early 2026, vehicle access is currently planned via a 5-mile ATV trail from the town of Hope. The U.S. Forest Service has indicated a willingness to accommodate planned work programs via this route during the 2026 field season. The property’s proximity to Highway 200 and the BNSF Railway mainline continues to support favorable long-term development logistics.

Geology

  • The Auxer Gold Project represents a compelling orogenic gold opportunity, positioned along one of the region’s most significant structural corridors. Located within the prolific Hope Fault system, featuring 5 kilometers of vertical throw and over 25 kilometers of horizontal offset, the project sits strategically near a critical 25-degree bend where secondary structures like the Auxer Fault create ideal gold trap geometries.
  • This structural setting, combined with the presence of iron-rich quartz diorite sills overlying kilometers of sulfide-bearing Lower Prichard Formation pelitic sediments, creates all the geological hallmarks of a world-class orogenic gold system as outlined in modern deposit models.

Previous Work

  • Historical exploration has demonstrated exceptional gold grades, with the 1936 Platts report documenting up to 21.0 g/t Au in surface samples and underground workings showing consistent mineralization over 4.3-meter widths averaging 9.42 g/t Au at an 18-meter depth. Drilling by Lightning Creek Gold Corp in 2021 has validated this mineralization potential with intercept LCD21-0019 returning 26.8 g/t Au over 0.73 meters.
  • The Auxer Gold Project has seen no historical drilling, with prior exploration limited to underground workings and tunnels driven during the early 20th century. Operations ceased in the 1930s following executive orders that effectively curtailed small-scale gold mining, and the project was never reopened. As a result, Auxer represents a rare opportunity to apply modern exploration techniques to a property of strong geological merit that has remained largely untested. The project exhibits many of the defining characteristics of major orogenic gold systems recognized globally and is situated in the politically stable and mining-friendly jurisdiction of Idaho, with proximity to major permanent infrastructure including nearby highway access and an active BNSF Railway mainline.
